Can I upload a photo?
Yes, but only for the Custom Engraved Wooden Portrait product.
For all other products, please upload a black & white design rather than a regular photo.
Can you create a design for me?
Yes. If you don't have a ready-to-use design, upload your idea or reference image and describe what you'd like in the Additional Instructions field. We'll let you know if any adjustments are needed before production.
What if my design isn't suitable?
Don't worry. We'll review every file before production. If your design isn't suitable for CNC cutting or engraving, we'll contact you before we start.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes. If you need a different size than the available options, write your request in the Additional Instructions field before placing your order.
How long does production take?
Most custom orders are completed within 3–7 business days before shipping.
